Who We Are
QCEllis.com is part of the IntrAnaut® ecosystem, which includes the IntrAnaut App, Academy and Meditation Teacher College. IntrAnaut is a registered trademark of Colin Ellis, under licence to the Meditation Teacher College. Supporting services are provided by All One Planet Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 11017373), Blackhall Mill, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE17 7LH. All One Planet Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site (ICO registration ZC188092).

What We Collect
- Visiting the site: our web server keeps standard logs of your IP address, the pages you asked for, your browser type and the date.
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Your IP address is held briefly to limit spam.
- Membership form: your first name, email address, and whether you chose to receive offers. This goes to the IntrAnaut App, and the IntrAnaut App privacy notice explains how it is used.
Why, and Our Legal Basis
We keep server logs to run the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest. We use your contact details to reply to you, which is our legitimate interest. We use membership details to provide the free membership you asked for, and we send offers only if you tick the box.
Who Else Handles It
This site runs on our own server, hosted by Hostinger, with encrypted backups in Google Drive. Contact form messages arrive in a Gmail inbox provided by Google. If you book a call, TuCalendi handles the booking, and its own privacy notice applies. Links to Amazon are affiliate links, so if you buy something Amazon may tell us a sale was made, but not who you are. Amazon’s own privacy notice applies once you are there. Some of these providers may handle data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. We don’t sell your data.
How Long We Keep It
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them if you ask. Membership details are kept as the IntrAnaut App privacy notice describes. Server logs are kept for about 10 days.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site doesn’t set any cookies or use tracking or advertising tools.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, and you can object to how we use it, by emailing colin@alloneplanet.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
